Get your skin summer ready.

You've spent winter loading up on carbs, Netflix, and layers, while your skin has had some alone time. And #letsbefrank, that's not a good time for you or your bod.

Unless you've been keeping up with your winter scrubbing, you and your skin may need a little tough love. And that's where I step in.

Say goodbye to layers

Layers of everything: clothes, skin, even last night's makeup. Your winter woolies can become a breeding ground on your skin. Clothing traps dead skin and bacteria, and if you haven't scrubbed regularly, your skin may look dull and irritable.

So to get clean, you've got to get dirty. Scoop up several handfuls of my Original Coffee Scrub and rub all over your body in circular motions. My blend of Robusta coffee beans and sea salt scrubs away dry, flaky skin to leave you feeling soft and supple.

Get rid of unwanted fuzz

Some babes like hair, some don't. If you do want to remove it, scrub before and after you shave or wax. Scrubbing before gives you a smooth surface and can make waxing less painful. Scrubbing one day after keeps pores clean and can help prevent ingrown hairs. My Coconut Coffee Scrub is great for washing away the buildup that causes ingrowns, while providing moisture without blocking pores.

Fake it 'til you make it

When summer arrives I'm all about helping my babes find an easy and safe way to tan. Scrub beforehand to give yourself an even base and make your tan last longer. Once you've finished applying your tan, use my Original Face Scrub to remove any excess cream from your hands so you don't end up with orange palms. After a few tanned days, get ahead of streaks and fading with another scrub to remove those last patchy bits.

Smooth things over

Those odd days between seasons can cause havoc on your skin: hot one day, cold the next. Shield your skin from the elements with a great moisturiser. My Barrier Body Creme is packed with ceramides and niacinamide to protect your barrier and lock in hydration through whatever the weather throws at you.

Show some love on the inside too

Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, and get enough sleep. Your skin reflects what's going on inside. The more you put in, the more it shows. And #letsbefrank, summer skin starts months before summer does.
