4 reasons to scrub during winter. That means exfoliate, babe.

Did you hear that? That soft hum in the distance? The words: "frank… frank…".

That's your skin calling my name. It's muffled because of your five inches of winter woolies. And unless you've been scrubbing regularly, it needs me now more than ever. Here are four reasons to hit the shower with me. Stat.

1. Because your skin is drier than ever

You can thank blistering winds and drying heaters for that. Want to add fuel to the fire? All those layers of clothing trap dead skin and bacteria, which can clog pores. And if you haven't scrubbed regularly, your skin can start looking dull and irritable.

So to get clean, you've got to get dirty. Scoop up several handfuls of my Original Coffee Scrub and rub all over your body in circular motions. My special blend of Robusta coffee beans and sea salt scrubs away dry, flaky skin, while cold-pressed almond oil hydrates and nourishes.

2. To make your moisturiser work better

Pink thermals are always a good idea, but your skin has another layer you don't want: dry, dead skin cells. These little guys prevent your moisturiser from sinking in and reaching those new skin cells. My solution? First you scrub, then you rub. Buff away dry skin and deliver serious hydration to combat your skin's winter blues.

3. To tackle those ingrown hairs

Some babes are more prone to ingrown hairs in winter because of all those extra layers rubbing against the skin. My Coconut Coffee Scrub washes away the buildup that can cause ingrown hairs and provides moisture without blocking pores, making it harder for them to creep back up on you.

4. Because summer skin is made in winter

Think of this as pre-pre-summer preparation. My coffee-based skincare smooths and softens skin. And when summer comes you're going to thank yourself for putting in the hard yards. In a few months time, you'll be doing nudie runs along the beach once again. So make some time for a sesh with me.

Frankly, I'll always love your bod no matter what time of year it is.
