Step 1
Get naked and wet in the shower. Cover your body in scrub. Massage in circular motions for a few minutes, from top to toe. Wait 3 minutes then rinse. Follow with a body cream or balm. For best results, use 2-3 times.
Step 2
Every other day, after cleansing and before moisturising, apply a small amount of face scrub to wet skin in gentle circular motions and rinse. Use 2 times a week.
