Drink yourself sexy.

Champagne is great in theory, but in reality it doesn't leave you feeling sexy, energised, or fit. So what should you be drinking to feel your best? #letsbefrank, I'll tell you.

Water

No matter your daily activities, your skin and body need essential hydration to function. If you're not a fan of plain water, add some lemon or rosewater to keep things interesting. If you need to pee every 20 minutes, you're doing it right. Carrying a BPA-free water bottle will help you hit your daily intake without thinking about it. Aim for 2 to 3 litres daily.

Apple cider vinegar

Not something to sip on, more of a shot. ACV is known to support your digestive system when taken first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The taste isn't exactly a crowd-pleaser, #letsbefrank, but the benefits are worth the grimace. 15ml is all that's required, twice daily. Half a shot. You've done harder things.

Green things

All things green are good for you, right? Not necessarily. When picking a green powder or drink, read the ingredients first. Spirulina is great, along with B and C vitamins. Avoid green drinks loaded with sugar to mask the flavour. Or make your own at home with spinach, kale, coconut water, chia seeds, and banana or mango for sweetness.

Remember: water each and every day keeps breakouts away.
