3 steps to detoxing your face the right way.

Detoxing should be gentle and sustainable. No crash diets here, babe.

If you want to have your cake and eat it too, here are a few things you can add to your diet to help clarify your skin.

1. Charcoal

The ultimate skin clarifier. Charcoal traps impurities in its millions of tiny pores and draws them out. Think of it as the bouncer at the door of your pores. You'll find charcoal in my Charcoal Face Mask, where it works alongside chamomile and honey to clear congestion and calm skin.

2. Lemon

Half a lemon squeezed into hot water in the morning gives your digestive system a good kick up the butt. It promotes your body's own natural processes and balances pH. Lemon is also rich in vitamin C which helps brighten skin from the inside out.

3. Parsley

This little green guy supports liver and kidney function, which are vital to your body's natural processes. Put it in your salads, juices, and smoothies for some extra goodness.
