Brown and gluggy product - avoid

"Frank's customer service was great, unfortunately, this product was not. When it arrived the product was brown and gluggy looking, which does not match the photo of the product on the website. I reached out to Frank and they arranged for a replacement product to be sent. unfortunately, the replacement product was the same - brown and gluggy with a funny smell. There is no way that I was putting it anywhere near my face. Avoid. Appreciate the great customer service though."

"This is an interesting serum. It has a very strong smell and colour (similar to the smell of Betadine actually!) I have noticed since using it that some of my fine lines and wrinkles have faded, but this may be because of other products, such as retinal, that I have incorporated into my skincare routine.
