What are the main differences between this and the Smoothing AHA body lotion? Should I alternate between the two?
Hi Zoe, great question. Our Smoothing AHA Body Lotion contains 5% lactic acid and 0.8% glycolic acid, while our Clearing Body Lotion contains 1% niacinamide. This means that our Clearing Body Lotion is great at tackling redness and preventing breakouts, while our Smoothing AHA lotion is ideal for tackling active breakouts and KP. You can absolutely alternate between the two - for best results, we recommend using the Smoothing AHA Lotion 2-3 times a week, and the Clearing Lotion all other times. We hope this helps. xx
