Will my frank arrive before Christmas?
To ensure frank’s delivery before Christmas, please see the following delivery cut-off times below. Please note, the below dates are to be used as guides only and we recommend placing your order as early as possible and selecting express shipping where you can.
AU Standard Shipping orders must be placed by 16th December. Express Shipping orders must be placed by 18th December.
NZ Standard Shipping orders must be placed by 3rd December. Express Shipping orders must be placed by 10th December.
US Standard Shipping orders must be placed by 11th December. Express Shipping orders must be placed by 15th Dec.
CA orders must be placed by 15th December.Â
UK orders must be placed by 15th December.Â
EU orders must be placed by 15th December.Â
How much does shipping cost?
US – Standard Delivery
Spend $40 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.
$40 or less? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.50.
Orders are sent via FedEx Standard Ground Service, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days.
**Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam will ship within 3-8 business days via USPS Priority only.
Hawaii & Alaska (USPS Priority) –Â Standard shipping $10 or free over $40.
Puerto Rico & Guam (USPS Priority) – Standard shipping flat rate $20.
US – Express Delivery
FedEx Express Saver is available for a flat rate of $20.Â
How long will my order take to arrive?
Regular delivery timeframes
Most standard orders are shipped via FedEx with a 2-10 business day delivery window nationally.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority with a 3-14 business day delivery window.
Heads up, babe. There may be a slight delay in dispatching your order during peak times. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your order to be sent.Â
The babe factory (postal service and distribution centre) doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays.
Because #letsbefrank, every babe needs a break.
So your order will be dispatched the following business day.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where frank is at all times.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. This includes editing your shipping address and adding or removing products from your order.Â
