Step 1
Get naked and wet in the shower. Cover your body in scrub. Massage in circular motions for a few minutes, from top to toe. Wait 3 minutes then rinse. Follow with a body cream or balm. For best results, use 2-3 times.

Like a good quickie, I'm versatile under pressure. Apply me to wet or dry skin in circular motions then rinse. Still intense, just less intense. Follow with a body cream or balm. For best results, use 2-3 times.
Step 3
Every other day, after cleansing and before moisturising, apply a small amount of face scrub to wet skin in gentle circular motions and rinse. Use 2 times a week.
Step 4
Like love: you don't know you're missing it til you have it. Gently massage into clean, dry skin to remove flakiness. Rinse off, remove with a tissue or lick off excess sugar. Follow with lip balm. Can also be used to remove old lipstick.
