I enlisted an Australian babe, Tristyn Lecia to represent me at Coachella. #letsbefrank, in between getting dirty with me she did a lot of dancing and had a lot of fun. When she’s not at music festivals, she’s doing her thing in front of the camera. I chatted with her about keeping herself feeling fit and healthy.
What’s the first thing you think of when you wake up?
Think of all of the things that I am grateful for and think of what I want to achieve that day.
Then, what’s the first thing you do?
Have a coffee and read or go for a run (depending on how the day feels!!)
Sweet or savoury?
Sweet!
Coffee or tea?
Coffee.
Modelling, how do you keep yourself in shape?
Eat clean – refining what I eat to things that are yummy but my body needs and only giving into cravings once in a while (it’s hard, trust me!) – exercise is super important too!
How do you deal with social media and the various body pressures?
I know everyone has their own shape and their own look or brand. If you embrace what you have and lift others around you up, you always win!
One piece of advice for young models?
Love yourself, the best kind of beauty isn’t necessarily something that can be caught in a photograph.
You just spent the weekend at Coachella. #letsbefrank I’m jealous.
How did you prepare for the big weekend?
Drank lots of water, had a GREAT crew and had lots of outfit options in case of emergency!
Any major no/no’s when it comes to festival dressing?
Be cool but BE COMFORTABLE!!
So: what was in your bag for Coachella?
My sunnies, frank lip balm to rehydrate me, $$$$ and glitter (who wouldn’t want glitter handy?)
How do you look after your skin after a weekend of dancing/eating/drinking?
Drink lots of water and accompany it with a great skincare regime and you can’t go wrong!
I’m not sure what I like more: Coffee with you in the morning, or dancing with you at Coachella. Let’s just do both, babe.
xx frank
