I went to Booty School with Sheila Perez. She’s famous for helping Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, and Kaia Gerber tone their bodies. #letsbefrank, she had her hands full with me.
Here’s her steps to getting soft, sculpted skin.
STEP 1: SCRUB.
Let’s start at the bottom. Literally, with your booty. Scrubbing wakes up your skin and removes dead skin cells, helping your other products absorb better.

STEP 3: LOCK IT ALL IN.
Time to lock it all my hydration with an oil. Rub in circular motions to energise your skin. You may start to sweat. That’s good, babe. It’s your toxins leaving your body. Get ready for soft, firm skin.
