Step 1
Get naked and get in the shower (you don’t need clothes for this). Scoop a handful of my Original Coffee Scrub into your hands and massage it into your skin using circular motions.
Step 2
Give extra love to areas that want special attention. Think scars, marks, lumps, and bumps. Let it sit for five minutes and think some shower thoughts, then rinse well.
Step 3
Get dry and get dressed (or not). Apply the Glow Mask around your face and neck. Wait five minutes. Phone a friend, make some coffee, and have a mini-freakout about that thing that happened in 2002.
Step 4
Rinse off my Glow Mask & pat skin dry. That's it.
